Trip Rules and Cancellation Policies - Cortina, Italy

All policies stated on the general CSC Ski Trip Sign-up Form also apply, unless indicated otherwise below.
  1. Only Columbia Ski Club members may participate in this Club trip.
  2. A deposit is required to make a ski trip reservation or to be placed on a ski trip waiting list. No spaces will be held without a paid deposit.
  3. All participants will ski under their own liability as per the Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement as stated on the Columbia Ski Club membership application form including coverage of the trip leaders under said Release and Waiver.
  4. Vacancies that occur due to cancellations will be filled from that respective ski trip waiting list, in the order in which the deposits were received.
  5. Cancellation / Refund Policy for Cortina, Italy per CSC and Contract: Cancellees should call and send a written notice. Prior to 10/26 $25, 10/27-2/3 $25 plus all unrecoverables, after 2/4 $50 plus all unrecoverables. Recoverable expenses refunds will be mailed within 60 days of the return of the trip for cancellations within 60 days of departure.
  6. Checks returned for insufficient funds or for any other reason may be reprocessed at the discretion of the trip leader and treasurer. A $25 handling fee will be charged for returned checks.
