More Than Ski (MTS) LIABILITY STATEMENT

The More Than Ski email list (MTS) is operated by the CSC as a convenient method of contact for events and activities outside the realm of its approved programs and do not carry the distinction of a CSC activity. However, activities and events must not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, or marital status and must adhere to all other policies of the CSC. Whereas the officers, directors, and/or standing committee chairpersons have no immediate knowledge of, and have no authority to approve of these activities, the liability associated with these activities and events are the sole responsibility of the leader.
