1. Photos may be submitted via email to our Webmasters or on a CD (by hand). Please do not email individual web team members.
2. We prefer to receive multiple files in a ZIP file, but this is not a requirement.
3. All photos must be either JPEG or PNG images. (No BMP, etc.)
4. Maximum single file size: 1 MB.
5. Optimal (recommended) single file size: less than 150 KB.
6. Maximum number of files: 15. [Select only your best photos!]
7. Maximum total size of an event submission: 2 MB.
8. The more files you submit, the smaller each must be. Therefore to submit the max of 15, files must average roughly 135 KB.
9. Image filenames must not contain spaces!
10. We prefer filenames that are descriptive (e.g., curly-larry-moe-hottub.jpg).
11. Include in your email: event name/location, event date, leader, photographer (if known).
12. Each picture should have a caption (a few words or a sentence). This could simply state who is in the picture. (First Name + Last Initial, e.g. Jane D.)
13. We prefer that filenames be related to the captions. (e.g., Curly, Larry and Moe in a Hot Tub).

Note: The web team reserves the right to reject submissions that do not follow the above guidelines.
