Tubing on the Antietum

On Saturday July 29th, 35 Ski Club members and guests traveled to Sharpsburg, MD to float down the Antietam creek. Water, water everywhere was the theme of this years Antietam Creek Tubing trip. Unlike last years drought, this years wet weather made for great tube riding. We were fortunate that the rainy weather held off during the day and the sun came out periodically to warm us. As usual many CSCers came armed with Super Soakers to participate in the floating water battle that was great fun especially for those with the biggest guns. The trip ran very smoothly, no one was lost in Washington County and everyone turned up at the right place at the right time. We had a great time.
