2001 Columbia Ski Club Awards

At the April 2001 general meeting, the Columbia Ski Club acknowledged our dedicated members who have given their time, energy, and commitment to making the Club work so well for all of us during the 2000 - 2001 season. The following members were recognized for their contributions this past year:

All Star Award - To Ken Sall for providing outstanding leadership and playing a key role in CSC activities. Ken is faithfully dedicated to the welfare of the Club as evidenced through his highly active role in leading, facilitating and serving the Club's membership as a Director, Website Manager, and activity leader.

Pioneer Award - To Joyce Wronka, for providing vision and direction to the Club through her loyal dedication and service over many years. Joyce is returning to the Board of Directors this year, and continues to take a very active role in ensuring the Club maintains a variety of social activities for its membership.

Marty Womack Awards - To Robin Wyman and Bill Schrodel for their unsung dedication to the Club. Robin was honored for her dedication and exceptional contributions to the Club over many years, and Bill was honored for his outstanding work in chairing the Ski Trip Committee this year.

President's Award - Last year's President, Rich Krell, honored Gary Prestianni with the President's Award for his outstanding support to Rich and the Club this past year.

CSC "Mogie" Awards were also presented to the following individuals for their noteworthy contributions to the Club over the past year -

Melinda Press (Hospitality);
Diane Mastroianni and John Wetterau (Treasurers);
Tom Neff (Database);
David Sugiura (Secretary);
Dan Bobowitz (CSC Adopted Road);
Maribeth Geiss, Len Durcholz, and Karen Jarboe (Awards).
