More Than Ski Trips Committee: In an effort to boost the 'more than ski' facet of the Columbia Ski Club, a 'More Than Ski Trips Committee' has been formed to oversee CSC trips that will not include any aspect of skiing. The first meeting of the committee was held on May 22, 2008. The purpose of this committee is not to come up with all of the ideas for group travel. The committee will meet approximately 4 times per year to review proposals by members of the CSC. When presenting a proposal for travel, it is expected that the trip will have been thoroughly researched and that you have obtained multiple cost quotes. We would also expect that the individual proposing the trip will have involvement in leading the trip. Subsequent to their review, the committee will make recommendations to the Board of Directors for final approval. The first trip review meeting was held in late July 2008. If you have any questions, please call Tina Dorn at 443-546-4124.
