The crab feast is just a little over a week away, and I am still very much in need of volunteers to come early and assist in setting up table, getting supplies from cars to the pavillion, firing up the grill and getting the burgers and hot dogs prepared, assisting Ted with the sound systems, and raffle ticket sellers.
Please, please plan on coming early and assisting. We are hosting almost 150 people and there is lots of stuff necessary to accommodate all these people.
There is only one entrance that you can enter through to come to the crab feast, Rt. 175 and Reese Rd. There are a few different gates on Rt. 175, but they will all be closed except the gate at Reese Rd. The list of Crab feast attendees will only be at that gate also.
There is an entrance off of Rt 32, but the guard will not have the list, so don't bother with trying to get throught that gate. If you are coming from the Laurel area or south of the Ft, get onto the BW Parkway North to Rt. 175 East and stay on 175 until you see the gate at Reese Rd. Ask the Military Police for directions to the Cottage at Burba Lake.
Look forward to seeing everyone at the feast. I will be there around 10:15.
